In the early days, the visionary founders of the Plantation fire department organized a BBQ fundraising event to gather the necessary funds for the establishment of a fire department for the city. Remarkably, this humble BBQ gathering has grown into an illustrious tradition, becoming the largest and most enduring event on the city's calendar.
Join us for fun and food in support of our volunteer fire department and all the members of the Plantation Volunteer Fire Association. Bring your friends and family for a day of BBQ, music, games, and more. We hope to see you there! Admission to the event is free.
